in my day nobody touted on each other and we all stuck together to keep the dhss ,tv licence people ,police etc ... out the only watch we had was watching the agencies and keeping them out , the government has turned all these people into touts and you know what I do to touts

When I was in charge of the lower shankill the good people there were spared from this fee as I wouldn't let the tv people in , a lot of people on low income find it hard paying the fee , and just to piss the BBC off I don't even buy one here in troon come and get me I dare
