To value a problem and to seek a solution is not easy for any person. We talk here of great things and yet we have no real answers to the problem. The problem in our country is we have lost faith in each other. We have taken the past of great people that forged out to the west to start this great country. This is the important part, as they went in groups to provide safety for all and to care about how they would survive they found that supporting each other was the greater cause.
When will we as a group plan and execute as a group. When will we the people say stop spending our money and bailout those that have caused this problem? After the great crash of 1929 we have had two things unchanged and that is the republican and democrat parties. Our problem starts with us as we have filed to stop our government from taking away our rights and replaced our values with that of others. I stand a line sometimes alone Lucas v Congress then sometime with others. Lets us find a real answer and real leaders to bring us the people of our country into the light.
Fight for freedom or quit it is up to us!!!

All of us want to do the right thing and all of us have the right answer but, so many times we try to hard to make our point. I took on the Congress. See Lucas V Congress and the court called ma the attacker. I had the suit dismissed and made to pay the filing fee but, the court took each ruling to degrade me. I do not care as I will fight will all I have because we the people have no voice if we do not open our mouth.

I am a Father and tried to file a suit Jan 20th asking the court to stop the waste of our money. The court dismissed it March 3rd call what I done an Attack. I can not stress the fact that I have given my life to make it better for others. From my work at Ground Zero Sept 11th to Katrina in Biloxi MS. I cannot tell you just how bad I felt to call an attacker because I wanted the truth.
We the people need to take back our country or I kids will have nothing but, our mistakes.

I wanted to reach out. I have read the posting on the 9/12 boards and I tried to post this do not know if it will make it. I was there at Ground zero 9/12 at 0200 and I was there after Katrina hit the shore of Biloxi, and I was in Lake Charles while Rita came on shore. I love my country and as a father and nurse I done it not for money but, because it was the right thing to do. He launches his attack in the form of this lawsuit. He does so as a taxpayer. However, "[t]axpayer status alone ordinarily does not confer Article III standing to challenge general exercises of governmental power." Wow an attack really I thought that is what was going on right now. I do not understand our country anymore. On 9/11 I drove to New York and at 0200 walked right into hell. I was on the ground in Biloxi after Katrina and then I road out Rita just north of Lake Charles. I felt as a nurse and an American is was my duty to help aid our country in this time of need. Then came this problem with the rip off of our country so I filed a lawsuit on Jan 20th 2009 asking the court to stop the spending until we could fine out where our money had gone and why. I even pointed out the Bonuses for AIG and Citi Bank " Lucas v Congress". On March 3rd the Judge dismissed my case and went as far as to say " He launches his attack in the form of a lawsuit. He does so as a taxpayer". Wow more like asking for the truth. I hope that people understand the need to support our country and the people in it. I love my country and in all the events above I did not get paid to do what I done, it was the right thing to do.
