No, you don't drip dry, you can use toilet paper (it takes allot less to dab off a little water than you know what, after all women do that all the time when they pee correct?) or you can use a towel like I do. You don't wash out your towel every time your dry your hands do you? Soap is optional. The water pressure alone is usually sufficient to do the job and far superior to toilet paper alone.
