There area a few tricks to a minor getting emancipated, at least in Ohio. Like I posted earlier, she needs a good lawyer and soon. I would hope that the main stream media picks up on this but I'm not fooling myself. You're right that most judges are either too PC or are afraid of offending muslims and being percieved as being not PC. Feminist groups need to come to her aid also, but then again, I'm not fooling myself that there will actually be any action by more than a handful of persons.

Unfortunately the children's services in Ohio will probably want this girl to go back to her parents. Someone needs to get this girl a good attorney and make sure they cross the t's and dot the i's to get her emancipated, otherwise her worst fears might come true. I can imagine CAIR quietly helping her family with their legal representation. She will be painted as a spoiled, psycho teenager and made to go back to her parents. She pissed off a lot of people with her running away the way she did and especially by it being publicized. This is serious, she needs good legal representation now and needs a safe, undisclosed place to stay for a long time.

YEEAH! Here's to much needed old school thinking and old school law enforcement, before it's too late. Undaunted sounds like my old FTO, way back when. All I know in my small part of the world is that everyone gets treated the same, no special accomodations just because someone was unfortunate to be born into or stupid enough to convert to islam . Too f'' in bad.

OT, but I read that Obama's buddy Skippy Gates wants to, as he put it, put the incident of his arrest behind him. I recall him loudly and publicly spouting off last week about speaking with his team of lawyers and his vowing retribution. Its kind of funny how he changed his tune after a public outcry, not to mention the release of the 911 and radio traffic recordings. I hope the cop who arrested that arrogant prick is somehow able to cash in on this incident. F Gates.

Now this isn't about Joe Horn, but about what can happen if the community as a whole gets sick enough of these imbeciles preaching their vile crap. Call me a redneck or whatever, but if any anti-american rallies or muslim protests happen to be held in my general vicinity, you can be sure that I'll be there letting my hog roar to drown out these idiots as they spew their usual sewage. Wake up people! Stand up to this crap, you have a right to YOUR opinion also. I wonder what Choudary and his thuglets would do if they faced the Joe Horn supporters? Anjem would probably soil his man dress.

There was a guy named Joe Horn from Pasadena, Texas who shot two guys burglarizing his neighbor's house a few years ago. A group of professional agitators (the black panthers)planned a rally near his house intending the usual crap, to intimidate, get news coverage, etc. But they got a big suprise when they were vastly outnumbered by people who were sick of crime and supported Joe Horn, and those who were sick of the message being broadcast by the black panthers. Motorcycles blaring, shouting, and strength in numbers put a serious beat down on the rally planned by the agitators. Here's a video, theres many more on the same incident:
