Exactly. The problem is their publicists are pushing to get on the service for all the wrong reasons and worst of all, they leave it to the celeb to "figure things out" The result? One sided, celeb only relationships where the fans and their customers are left in the dark!

Since working with a few well known individuals it's been an eye opening experience as to how they are being misguided on twitter use. For those of us who have been here for a while, having a celeb join Twitter, just isn't good enough. They need to interact and build relationships!
