This is one of the best lectures I've seen this summer._WoW!_All the energy, all the knowledge, all the health, abundance in al senses, all the best of the best in your Strong Attractor... and it is right there in front of us. We can do it... if only we really want to!
I'm going for it!

Beautiful message in the dash movie Mark. Very thought provoking
Be proud of your dash, you help a lot of people with your words and sharing your thoughts. Chin up and do not be so harsh on yourself.
Buena suerte.

This is one of those lessons that makes the entire Summer Circle Program worth it!
Thank you.
We all know it. We are the masters of our lives. But we need a well put lecture like today’s to make us look beyond our nose and realize that we are the only obstacle to achieve success, to achieve and maintain good health, to become the great souls that we are meant to be.
No excuses anymore… can I do it?
Si se puede!

That is great to know.
Now, how can we stay in contact with members of the group? People like you, for instance, that we would want to get input and commemts from?

Hello friends,
I am here and I have had a very busy week (next one is even worse) so that explains my lack of participation... but I would add... the teachings nave not given an opportunity for “exploration.”
The format of this month lectures/presentations does not create an environment for discussion. There are a lot of wonderful ideas that come across like "this is the way it is" and "this is what works if you do it this way" but "of course you can do things any way you want to you." With that framework, you either try it or you answer with a “negative” approach (i.e., you are not going to tell me how to do my stuff!). Since we want to be constructive and “positive” thinkers… some of us may say… “Let’s just wait and see how it goes, without making any comments.”
Anyway, that is my response. I hope I can come back in a week and make more positive comments.
Besos y abrazos to all.

Hey Mark, what Bonus 3? I only got Bonus 1 (Learning Tools) and Bonus 2 (Community FAQ's)... no bonus 3.

“It is about people working together for the good of all of us.”
Today's quote of the day and the matching video "Playing for Change" are perfect reminders of what our Silva Summer course is: a forum to share ideas, to help each other grow spiritually and to change our world. It is so refreshing to see how many people, in so many different ways, are doing their part to make this a better world.
Wish everyone a very relaxing and refreshing weekend.
Abrazos.

Now, this lesson alone makes the entire course worth it! What a powerful discourse! A fundamental question that I have not been able to answer in my 54 years on earth: what is my purpose in life? I had always said, the purpose is just to live well. But one day, many years ago, I read Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. There and then I started to ask myself, what is my purpose in life? I have not answered that question to my satisfaction yet. Therefore, I will dedicate a lot of time to today’s lesson and will go over the questions posed by Ken many times while I think of one of Frankl’s imperatives of logotherapy: “live as if your were already living for a second time and as if you had acted the first time as wrongly as you are about to act now!”
Abrazos.

Projecting into inanimate objects. This is one of those difficult lessons that challenge my open-mindedness. Because the immediate reaction I feel is “what for?” If I want to know how matter works, I study physics or chemistry. I love those subjects. What is the practical application of this method? The idea of saving money on repair bills doesn’t motivate me. If something breaks, the repair woman (equal opportunity!) needs a job and I am happy to pay for the service.
So what is the motivation for me? I do not know… Just another exercise to develop my intuition? Maybe. I know I need a lot of help in that department… but there has to be more than just exercising for the sake of exercising. I will have to meditate on this one.
Interesting and intriguing for sure… Thank you Ken.

(Spider-Wasp cont'd)
I was so glad I did nothing other than watch and drink my cold beer. Despite of the spider’s determination and my belief that the wasp was going to be history, nature prevailed. The wasp flapped those wings with such strength and for such a long time that the spider could not touch it and the web broke!
I was amazed. I thought “there has to be a message here. This is a story of survival. A story of conquering adversity. A story of… even when things look bleak we need to keep fighting until the end, because what looks like THE END of the road might be just the beginning of a new life.” I had the last of sip my beer, went inside to check the blogs and see if anyone had written something inspirational in the Silva Circle and… what did I find? MarkHoover’s posting on “Strength from Adversity.”
Mark: thank you for your story. What a “coincidence!”
It has been just 40 days of this course and I am learning to identify the “coincidences” in my life… what other wonderful things await ahead?
