Its amazing how its "justified" now that the shoe is on the other foot. So much for "fairness" and "making sense".
I suppose that the freedoms put in jeopardy by the Massive spending spree do not count either.
Where is the liberal outrage over that? They complained about GWB grabbing power so where are those complainers now?

In his first 30 days Obama proposes more spending than all the money spent in US history combined. Where is the outrage from the Liberals that have complained about the Republicans spending so much the last 6 of 8 years?
Do not try to use the special circumstances argument, you did not allow that to GWB or the republicans.
So where is your outrage now?

Second hand smoke is one of these. The claim is second hand smoke kills x number of people a year. The FACT is no one has ever been Identified as having been killed by second hand smoke.

The statistics gathered are misleading. If you die of anything other than natural causes and ever smoked, it is considered a smoking related death.
The same goes for Obesity. If you are obese and have any diseases, they are counted as being weight related.
If you are a Lawyer and have ever been sued, then you are a Lawyer associated defendant. If we reduce the number of lawyers, we can reduce the number of lawyer associated defendants in the court system, and reduce costs for everyone.
Lawyers are costing us too much money!!!! Lets figure a way to get rid of lawyers!!

I an so tired of people talking and acting as if my eating habits, weight and whether I smoke or not, really affects them.
I do not believe the theory that anyone's health issues affect everyone's lives or finances. It is just an excuse to butt in where you have no business going.
Get your nose out of my personal business!!!
Don'T even try to play the "it costs me" card. That is total BS put out by people who feel they must control others lives.
Your statement is not correct.
Obesity MAY lead to health issues, and increases the RISK of getting sick. It is not an automatic thing that all over weight people get Heart disease and or diabetes.
There are so many lies by exaggeration today its ridiculous.

It is only Racist if the motivating factor is Race. The motivating factor appears to be passage and signing a Bill.
If I am white and you are Black, and I say I hate you, it is only Racist if my hate is based on you being Black.
If its based on you being a total jerk, its not Racist at all.
