How about not letting sexual predators attend public schools? Then parents wont have to be informed because it wouldnt be an issue? We dont let sexual predators move in to our neighborhoods without registering so why are minors records kept secret? If they are capable of commiting such a horrific crime they should have a target on their backs, their lucky thats all they woulld be dealing with after they ruin an innocent persons life...
