Yes, yes I have observed it on film. The equipment necessary to detect the creation of sub-atomic particles is very expensive, so I never had access to it myself. But like I said, I saw the equipment work on film, and they also went over how it worked.

Mathematics is the study of numbers. Infinity is so large, it cannot be expressed in numbers. Therefore, when you study infinity, it ceases to become mathematics.
