I don't know how you sleep at night. For you to judge somebody that you don't even know. I volunteer with Bev Dittmar and have for 5 years now. I was affected by the flood but I got NO money from FEMA. I pay my taxes every year and get nothing back so stop crying about the tax money. This isn't about tax money or FEMA. It's about the city and their willingness to help the citizen's of Cedar Rapids. As far as the flood plain stuff I will comment on that as well. I didn't know what the 500 hundred year flood plain was until June 11th. 2008. If I had known what it was I would not have moved into my beautiful on Mallory Street S.W. the year before.
