First, "entering federal property under false pretenses for the purpose of committing a felony" is itself a felony.

Second, I’m not disputing your logic regarding the difference between charges; my entire point is that it is neither false nor libelous to say O’Keefe was charged with a felony. And to say this never happened is itself a falsehood.

Finally, while no physical contact, as you mentioned, was alleged, sexual harassment is still considered sexual misconduct, and if direct, I would consider that unwanted contact. Obviously these are only allegations, so take them how you will, but I don’t think you can deny that Ms. Naffe has lodged some pretty hefty complaints against O’Keefe et al that certainly qualify as ‘misconduct’.

If you want to continue this discussion, let me know; I have been staying off under the assumption people wanted to take a break from the political grind.

Not explicitly in the testimony, just what she said that I quoted; afterwards she has made strong insinuations about it, though:

I don’t know that he has any grounds on which to sue her.

And what do you believe to be her motivations in coming forward and making something up now? Doesn’t add up to me. I await her full account.

True. Still, do you dispute the information therein? O’Keefe et al were charged with a felony – charges that were later dropped and replaced with misdemeanor charges.

It does mean something if you are contending that use of the word ‘charge’ is grounds for defamation. O’Keefe didn’t do this, because he knows he would have no legs to stand on. Are you such a puppet that you will defend serial liar and scumbag O’Keefe no matter what?

O’Keefe has a case, I don’t know how good it is. Shuster retracted the misdemeanor/felony bit (not sure if it could be considered timely enough), and their report might fall under ‘substantial truth’, since O’Keefe is a federal criminal, just not a felon.

(A) I didn’t say he had been accused of any physical contact, I just included that part of the quote for completion
(B) Sexual harassment is considered a form of sexual misconduct (and it was what he was accused of)

From her twitter: “I still don’t know the identity of the man O’keefe brought with him to the barn that night, to intimidate or worse, assault me”.

What part of “were charged” are you unable to parse in that first paragraph?

In her testimony: “I found it hard to move and control my muscles”
