djc as sad as this sounds some just dont want help. We live next to a big city and there are homeless people that just dont want help my wife works in an well known hospital and a homeless man comes in all the time he was a wall street banker He is still very wealthy but dosent want to live at home with his family his wife calls and checks on him all the time and also sends him money for his booze and he chooses not to live on his boat that his family ownes he chooses to be a homeless drunk. Sadly this is just one story I have about 20 more for you about the same. What sickens me is the ability of our fellow citizens to just give up this country robs motivation from you and we need to change. Gov't has never been the answer and never will be.
