The Gilded Sword from 100 years ago I just made up, Nintendo could just make something up like that.
Now THAT is how Vatti should look in 3-D Zelda games! Not some weird emo diamond dude! Epic drawing by the way. :3
This is not the Skyward Sword's redesign. He has no relation to the SS. I think he is the Gilded Sword Spirit. Now like it said "The Gilded Sword was a completely unimportant blade forged by a blacksmith." it could have been based off of the legendary Gilded Sword made 100 years ago. I think the Gilded Sword theory is the best theory. But others could have their opinions. The Master Sword was not even thought of to have a spirit, but now we know it does. Why not the Gilded Sword? Why not a whole "Sword Spirit People"?
I like how he put in the extra effort to put in sound effects. They were pretty decent on the mark.
That's what they said to me too when I went to go get Kirby's Epic Yarn. But they only said November, not a specific date. Willst thou date beith right-ith? Coming sometime in 2011.
I never thought about Debbie to change from good to evil. But he seems like that cocky villian type. xD
I like GanonSlayr's comment. It seems pretty cool that you would have to get the fines swords in the lands to form the Master Sword. Maybe there will be a Kokiri Sword spirt along with Fierce Deity Sword Spirt. Then with all of them combined, it forms the Master Sword! Plot - Link lives in Skyloft, finds Skyward Sword, SS tells that you need to save the world below, SS takes you there, you find out you need to fuse some amount of legendary sword spirts into an amazing forged sword: The Master Sword. You go around in search of them, the Gilded Sword spirt is evil so you must capture it somehow, and then maybe save the other spirts? I think it is a good plot. And the swords don't disapper, they just don't have a spirt. So that is why the Master Sword is evil's bane. You know, I think I got it figured out. :3
True, but where does the Master Sword sheath come from? Wait... Now that I think about it, in all of the Zelda games when Link gets the Master Sword, the sheath just magicly appers on his back... O.O Now that I think about it, you could be right...
THERE WILL BE NO GILDED SWORD. But if there is, I think they nuked the whole story. >.> I think the sword is probably some key like sword like the Master Sword. Wait a triforce stealin' second here! Master Sword = Key to Time. Skyward Sword = Key to Skyloft? Hyrule? SPACE?! And that guy is the main enemy. If you look closely from about 0:50 to the end, you will see this weird four armed statue boss, and this new enemy ontop of it, most likely activating it. But we should take these rumors 100% until E3 '11. :3 That is when all shall be revealed. Also, any new story info? I must know information with the story! xD
I just pooed my pants. xD I have alot of things I saw/realized that I want to share too. First, the "Villian" we saw in the trailer might, or might no be a villain. He might look like it, but he could be nice. The thing is, he isn't though. See the boss at 0:53? Take a close look at the area around it. Then go to 0:58 and take a close look at that area. Now, notice how this mysterious character is sitting on that boss? :3 So that proves he is a villian. Maybe not a main villian though, but there is a pretty good chance he is. Now for people saying the villian might be Twili, you're 100% wrong. Notice the way he teleports? He snaps his fingers, then yellow/blue/white, and other colored diamonds go around where he just teleported. I think he is a very advanced speices of human though since he has the power to teleport. But the only type we know with magical powers is the Hyrulians. So could he be the first Hyrulian? Or maybe a new type of human that might have went extinct before OoT? Also take note that a "No power" Skyward Sword/ Master Sword is NOT the sword Link has in this trailer. If you look closely, you can see the sword carrier is just brown/silver, not the normal sword carrier for the Master Sword/Skyward Sword. Also this sword that Link has in this trailer he probably gets from Skyloft with his guardian giving it to him after the bad event happens forcing Link to go to future Hyrule. But that is just a prediction. Also notice the Skyward Sword lady button thingy on the D-Down button? She is probably like Navi since I saw she appears on the button even time Link Z-Targets. So maybe an enemy description again? And I see a new item! At 0:17. The item looks like a fan, maybe to put out fires? For Dragon Ball fans, maybe this new fan item works like the Bancho Fan. A very powerful fan. Now, as I looked through the video once again, I noticed the villian has POINTY EARS, just like a Hyrulian. Now, maybe he could be the very first Hyrulian. They needed to start with someone. Lol
