So the Shadow and Fake Striver will instead possibly settle their botched lawsuit defense on the backs of the low income residents of the HHA. Like these people don’t have enough disadvantages. Self styled liberals who thought anyone not voting for their brown candidate was racist, Fake Striver and the Shadow show their contempt for the very people they pretend to advocate for. This will hurt the HHA residents even more if it had been potentially settled by the City.

Those two should be ashamed of themselves but this election season showed us Fake and The Shadow are shameless. Despicable hypocrites to the core. Despite the many successes of the Zimmer Administration these last minute failures have really tarnished her legacy.

But that’s the Dawn we have now, she will persist right or wrong, persist until the very end. Now her man Ravi can persist on her behalf and that of NJ Transit and Stronger Foundations that plan to build in a way that will “make your jaw drop.”

Points 1-7 are true except for the latter half of point 7 that speculates in a comic fashion who loves Nancy Pincus and her vitriol more. Point 8 is opinion and may sound harsh but Dana Wefer and David Denning are far better chairpersons on the HHA than Fake Striver ever dreamed of being. The email trail left by Feckless Fake and Smug Stan was really a gaffe of epic proportions should this lawsuit be settled for anything near being reported.

The question for you Kudos is why are not you more pissed? As a taxpayer the Feckless Fake is going to cost you.

Fake Striver is just as fake as a reformer as Scott Delea was minus the bullhorn. What Fake lacks in volume he purportedly more than makes up for it in screen names.

1) Fake failed to fire an inept HHA Director on his watch.
2) Fake and his confidant The Shadow left an extensive email trail that has kept Garcia’s lawsuit in play.
3) Fake’s idiocy may lead to a settlement close to $1 million dollars due to his sheer arrogance and stupidity.
4) Fake no longer resides in Hoboken.
5) Fake backed the big developer candidate Ravi Bhalla after supporting anti big development Mayor Dawn Zimmer. Before that Fake was Beth “Develop or Die” Mason’s campaign manager and before that he was collecting and exclusively reading comic books. Fake all over the map on development.
6) Fake really ain’t too smart.
7) Fake really loves deranged Chief Bhalla Propagandist Nancy Pincus. The love for her is so deep that even Jersey City Carpetbagger Mark Heyer is possibly jealous.
8) Lets face it folks, Fake just sucks. Hoboken got better when he left.

HMG- Would you be referring to Fake Striver, the fictitious fake reformer who was once really close to Carmello Garcia but then after lengthy email correspondence with The Shadow decided to try and fire him only to chicken out? It took a girl to do what the former feckless HHA chair could not do and finally terminate Garcia for cause. That girl by the way rocked and Fake Striver in the final analysis sucked. He failed to do his fiduciary duty. The HHA was spiraling out of control and Fake lacked the balls to pull the trigger. Did Garcia have compromat on Fake? Hmm, In the meantime Fake and Stupid Smug Stan left an email trail to be mined for this lawsuit that should have been thrown out but persists due to their own stupidity.

We suspect that he was sweating bullets during his deposition. Fake is known to fold under questioning and probably failed to keep his story straight. Perhaps the Hoboken Persistance needs to be renamed Hoboken Perspiration.

If this lawsuit gets settled for anything close to what is being reported it will be a colossal failure of the Zimmer Administration for selecting an inept HHA Chair and not muzzling the The Shadow and his gratuitous and reckless use of emails.

No. It’s the Hoboken Persistance that will prevail. We will do everything to support Ravi including creation of an enemies list, a plan of attack on all those in opposition, a safe space to hide out at at Grafix Avenger website, unwarranted and untrue personal attacks of a vindictive and vile nature and full throated support of any deals with Ravi and Mike Russo. They seem to have so much in common they're willing to sell out Hoboken to developers for political advancement. Russo had Dwek and Ravi has Stronger Foundations. Dwek only promised $5k but Ravi got at least $50k in support! Ravi is clearly better at selling out than Mike Russo!
