A major part of the expense of this project is the integrated flood wall that will eventually tie into the flood wall that will span the entire west side of the river, that is...if it gets built.

Here's the deal with that though... There's very generous leeway given before tickets are issued, and cities are STILL raking in money left and right. Really what is shows is that some (or most) people truely pay no attention to their driving.

Actually, they put the location of where the red jeep will be on the city's website and update it bi-weekly. If people are concerned about it, they can go there to see where it will be.
