What did the dog do to warrant being shot? Running loose is not an excuse. Dogs run loose everyday and are not shot. Why was the officer shot?? This story doesn't say much.

I am just amazed how they all of a sudden find evidence now that they couldn't find 14 years ago. They did the same thing in the Osco case. Sounds shady to me.
