I'm just having a major disconnect between what I feel and what I know.

I feel alone. Not alone with no friends, but alone without anyone to be call significant other. That I want someone special in my life.
At the same time, I know that anything of that sort will not last or it won't work out. I can't even handle compliments or affection from ppl without breaking down.

It's one of few things I need to deal with now and this gap between what I feel and what I know, it hurts.
