Good! This is what happens when you get greedy and over develop. We see many small neighbourhood shops being swallowed up by pointless big malls. Parking is expensive, it's constantly packed and the prices of goods are just not worth anyone's effort. In Australia there are not many big malls but many well laid out small ones or medium sized shopping arcades based in neighbourhood areas. It covers a wide area so shoppers don't over crowd and provides a pleasant shopping experience. We used to have that once upon a time. Why are we still stuck in this bigger is better mentality? Destroying lands for more money seems to be our only agenda. Now you pay the price. Padan muka.
