I am very concerned about what is happening to our nation. It seems that we are all on the sidelines and watching our nation slip away. We are being lead down a dangerous path by President Obama and his administration. Nobody seems to know how to stop Obama. He is doing great harm to the United States. Many citizens are silently protesting with things like tea parties and sending tea bags to the Whitehouse. We must remain civil as we seek to stem the tide that is overwhelming this nation. President Obama has been in office for seventy days now and those who voted for him are having second thoughts about electing him. I hope and pray that we can avoid an impeachment of President Obama, but I am afraid that those who elected him do have grave concern and second thoughts about casting their vote for President Obama. Is there any other way we can stop President Obama from leading this nation down this dangerous path?

Reduce the size of government

The only purpose of a government should be to:
·Protect our shores and borders
·Provide courts of justice

3.Legislation transparent to the public
4.Details of a bill before congress votes on the bill
5.Stop all bailouts
6. Let failed companies file Chapter 11
7.Congress must have a balanced budget
8.Do not raise taxes to gain more revenue
9.Prohibit all pork bellies and earmarks
10.Abolish all lobbyists’ activities
11.Term limitations on all politicians

:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Saying is one thing, doing is another. I don't see President Obama defending the Constitution. It seems like this new administration is not respecting the Constitution when they violate the principals set out in the Constitution. The government cannot willfully twist or misinterpret the Constitution as a matter of convenience to suit their immediate needs.

Patrick Henry is perhaps best known for the speech he made in the House of Burgesses on March 23, 1775 in Saint John's Church in Richmond, Virginia. The House was undecided on whether to mobilize for military action against the encroaching British military force, and Henry argued in favor of mobilization. Forty-two years later, Henry's first biographer, William Wirt, working from oral testimony, attempted to reconstruct what Henry said. According to Wirt, Henry ended his speech with words that have since become immortalized:
Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

Citizens across this land are very frustrated and angry about the decisions made by our government these past two months. I think that we all need to abide by the word of God if we ever expect this nation to be whole again. In His own words God tells us what we must do if we want Him to heal our land.

2 Chronicles 7:14
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
