You do not understand the money you make is not yours, it belongs to the
govt which will redistribute it to those it feels truly need it.

Next thing people like you will think that you can do what you want in what
you believe is your home. Don't you understand that it is the govt's house that
you live in, after all the govt allowed you to spend its money for that house.

Who protects us from the ever increasing cost of cable service ?
Please note that the term SERVICE is loosely used because most of us
get the type of service that a bull provides to a cow.

Don't you love the way govt works ?
When you contract out to one group to design it and then contract out to
another group to build it.
The two contractors point fingers at each other and the taxpayer gets screwed.

After all it would have cost 20% more to contract out to one group to design it
and build it. But then the taxpayer would not have had the thrill of paying for the
same project over and over again.

When the people in charge can not explain their errors they should be removed
from their positions.
I do not know about you but I am fed up with the "We will do better next time story."

Be sure to use the smaller sized traps, the ones designed to trap wolves would work.
The bear traps are a dead give a way that you were trying to trap thieves not song dogs.

A true liberal would not see it as theft,
to a true liberal this is just redistribution of wealth.

We must have been bored to go back a week to an old topic, or was
it that you needed the time to find that ?

I was not aware of the British doing that and was referring to the story
about the American military passing out pox infected blankets.
It is interesting to note that at a time when it was against the law in
Va. to inoculate people G. Washington did in fact inoculate various
people including his slaves. http://www.mountvernon.org/visit/plan/index.cfm/p...

Back to the blankets.
All I found, that appeared to have credence, was this site.
But I did not put much time into it.
As I said I was referring to the stories about the US military
giving infected blankets to the Indians West of the Mississippi.

That was then, I am speaking of NOW !!

Then you must know that civilian companies can and do conduct
research without govt funds.

What return on the dollar did the tax payer earn on any of the items
you cite ?
NONE, had the govt taken a share of the earnings from any of this
it would not be in the hole.
The govt put the satellites up on the tax payers dime and got nothing
from Tom-Tom, Garmin, etc.

My point is that it is time for civilian companies to do the space thing
and the govt to step back.
