Well, it's Platinum, so the game won't do very well while still receiving critical acclaim (or complaints about it being too hard), and the only people interested in funding a sequel will be Nintendo. And so the cycle of rage continues onward.
In all seriousness, this looks like they're regretting the Bayo loss and trying to get and keep an exclusive Platinum series.

Yes, simply copy the data on the old card onto your computer (keep it on the card as well, just in case), then move it to the new one. If it's larger than 32 (I believe) GB, you may need to format it. This should go without saying, but don't modify or delete any of the files on it. That would be bad.

Warriors Orochi 3 is on the WiiU, and I've heard it's one of the best ones, though I haven't played it myself to confirm this.
