Does Vigo County really think this is worth our tax payer’s money to prosecute this young woman? I mean REALLY? You don’t think she has done enough damage to herself? It would be different if they caught her in the act, but from what I have heard; several security officers were watching the act happen. This young woman apparently has very low self-esteem and not a lot of self-worth, if she did, that would have never happened. And the fact that I am sure alcohol played a main factor in her demise. I have not watched the video nor do I know the woman, but seriously, if Vigo County was so caring they would try to help this young woman instead of putting a black X on her, I think she has accomplish that on her own!
The literature has shown that prisoners who attend educational programs while they are incarcerated are less likely to return to prison following their release. These studies have indicated that recidivism rates have declined where inmates have received an appropriate education. Personally, I say educate them and make them tax payers; That is a longer sentence!
A Terre Haute man accused of sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl, pleads guilty to a lesser charge of sexual battery, for having sex with a 4-year old little girl, REALLY? And gets 2 years of house arrest, why? Where is the justice for the little girl? This is sad, very sad! No wonder sex offenders are crawling out of the wood work…we slap them on their nasty hands and send them back out to pry on another child. But if you get caught with weed…Off to jail you go! Why? Because you are a minis to society! Now that is JUSTICE!!!!
He should have to register as a sex offender! He was told to resign or be fired from the Juvenile Center for sneaking into the girls cells on the weekends. And now he is stick his tongue in little girls mouths. I just wonder as a father how he would feel if someone did this to his daughter??? I am sure him and Vigo County would see it differently then. But what the hell to you expect from the grandson of Ralph Tucker!!! Loser!!!
My goodness Officer Arnold, you really ticked someone off. REALLY because he used $500 dollars in gas for his own personal vehicle. How many times did Officer Arnold use his vehicle for police duties and never charged for it? Now I don't know him from Adam, but I find this to be a witch hunt. And what they don't tell the taxpayers in Indiana is...If Officer Arnold receives the 18 yr. sentence, it will cost $29,000 to keep him a year, when multiplied by 18 years, that comes to a whopping $522, 000 dollars, REALLY for $500 worth of gas????Unbelievable! Yes, Officer Arnold you really made someone mad and yes deserves to be punished, so take away his Chief status, fine him $1000 and call it quits.
This guy ought to be shot! "Children between the ages of seven and nine involved in sexual acts." REALLY??? These creeps should be very glad I am not a police officer, because to spend $1 on a bullet to relieve society of low life people like this is very cheap compared to what it cost US tax payers to deal with him. SHOOT HIM!!!
You want to improve education; go back to the three R's: Reading Writing and Arithmetic. Quit throwing in all the extras until they get the basics down. From K - 3 grade they should be taught nothing but the three R's. Try keeping most of the work in class. Some of these kids have no one to help them or no one who is willing to help them at home.
Maybe they should just out law cigarettes? Oh wait they won't do that because the state and federal government make a fortune off of the taxes. So you have a hand full of "Do Gooders" making laws for the rest. But here is a question for you. "If the government were to outlaw cigarettes, would the "do gooders" be willing to make up the difference in the revenue? And just so you know...I do not smoke. But I think if you want to smoke and shorten your life, then that is your right. And for those of you who don't want to drink in a bar because of the smoke...Find a smoke free bar. But smokers should have the right to smoke just as you have the right not too! No one wants to outlaw public drinking...and how many people does that effect??? Just saying!
That poor Family! That poor girl, who has to live with this...The Mother, I can't even begin to imagine what she feels like right now. Your son is going to prison for raping your daughter...REALLY??? God please be with this family and carry them through this, Amen!
