I noticed the "Jesus saves at Citibank" add. Does that mean he has an account there or he's hanging out there waiting for you heathens?

"Most people ""arrive" at a conclusion ".
This doesn't prove that their thought processes are even coherent. People have and still do believe in the most utter nonsense, like Horoscopes, lucky charms, lucky numbers, all manner of superstitions, faith healing . Even our Politicians everywhere consult "Voyants" This means that none of them are really thinking correctly or logically because as Bertrand Russell points out, thinking isn't easy.

Vjack writes that idiocy "also supports a host of other irrational beliefs and behaviours" I totally agree with him that thinking skills or the lack of them have a bearing on society . Hence the necessity for excellence in State Education. How can a country keep up or keep ahead in today's world if the population is poorly educated? Children need to be taught to think and to think critically because these are not neccessarly skills they will aquire in their own homes.
