The Afghanistan war was *ignored* for the better part of *incompetent* conservative Bush's administration.

Now we're back to dealing with it... And after practically 10 years where have we gotten?

Our acceptance of soccer will bring us closer to the rest of the world community.

In that respect, I think it's a good thing the sport is finally starting to get recognition here stateside... (even if it's the largely growing influx of hispanic-Americans that'll spearhead the push towards a gradual acceptance :)
