I get the feeling they're building Rollins to take out Lesnar for the title. He keeps taking subtle shots at Lesnar like in that tweet and in his promos about being a fighting champion. Maybe leading up to Summerslam, Lesnar costs him the IC title and Rollins beats Lesnar for the Universal title at Summerslam.

I think character-wise, he was better and more defined as a heel, but at the end of the day, if you say the babyface reactions he's been getting recently, it's hard to make an argument for him to turn heel again.
