It didn't help that a dude on my floor freshman year of college told everyone that my roommate and I were a lesbian couple. (She is bi, had posters of naked ladies, and made jokes about cum on our whiteboard.) and when I finally kissed a dude junior year and didn't like it, I wondered, .... Shit. Were they right??

Had what I refer to as a delayed adolescence in grad school - romance novels and generally chilling out about life led to me finally being comfortable observing the people around me and feeling attraction. I do find women attractive as well as men, but don't really want to do anything sexual with that. So I kind of consider myself a non-practicing bisexual, but it's not a label I use with others because I don't want to coopt the struggle of people who actually have to deal with bi-phobia.

Finally had a sexual relationship last year, no guilt!! I definitely feel behind others still, but less so now that I've had those experiences.

My parents found out last year that my sis and I are both sexually active. They were disappointed but they accept it.
