Would you let your teenage daughter use Uber?

You're showing some fundamental gaps in your knowledge.

Did you vote in the referendum?

You've gone off the deep end, mate.

ID cards were central to our joining the EU labour market, they were scrapped by the coalition government simply because scrapping them was a Conservative manifesto commitment.

New Labour failed to implement EU legal restrictions on migrants because the UK economy was booming in the late 1990s and the economy needed EU workers. In 2010, when Theresa May took over at the Home Office, this was not the case. She had seven years to restrict migrants by applying EU law, she failed to do so.

You failed to mention the Bank of England and the Treasury staged the second biggest intervention in the economy since World War Two in the summer of 2016. This was specifically designed to prevent recession, maintain confidence in the economy and stop sterling going into free fall

The intervention was a success, although sterling still lost nearly a third of its value against the euro.

Disaster averted by robust state action. This fact rarely gets a mention. I guess it's somewhat inconvenient...

If Labour win a General Election they will simply introduce the same EU legislation every other nation, apart from the UK, has implemented that limits the free movement people.

We are unique in the EU with our open door policy and absence of ID cards.

Agreed. It'll be far worse than Osborne's rosy predictions.

There's nothing wrong with pissing yourself. I do it all the time. It's just a bit anti-social, that's all.

The only way we can survive the shift to the left is by becoming what we once were: pragmatic.

If we refuse to bend with the gale, the Party will snap.

The US and the UK were bastions of Neoliberalism; now, neither country has governments committed to Neoliberal proscriptions. The entire Neoliberal project of creating "one market under God" is over.

The US is scrapping trade deals and berating trade partners, the UK looks set to withdraw from the biggest free trade zone on the face of the planet and retreat behind WTO tariff and quota walls....

The Neoliberal experiment has left the global economy in around $200 trillion dollars of debt, it's failed in its own terms.

It's over.

If Labour had a "moderate" at the helm, Theresa May would have a 100+ seat majority.
