I am trying to create a business, not a socialized government hand-out organization, which is tied to human behavior, motivation. It is based on incentives, rewards and awards.
This would get people working, especially those in the field of construction. It would be a project that you would be able to have use of as well. I want to get people comfortable enough that they will not want to leave, but if they get to comfortable, they can be trained in a motivational course to get them up to par if they lack the energy. Placing them on a treadmill should increase productivity, at least they are not sitting on the coach and watching the t.v. The other option is finding work elsewhere.

This economic system I am proposing is a competitive system using human nature's other side, compassion.
Do not assume I want to change the system that is competitive by choice. Capitalism is sound, as long as human nature does not derail it. Which is why we have to keep a watchful eye on people so they do not destroy private enterprise.
Some People pretty much bankrupted the system because of deregulation. It would have derailed because of other non-competitive aspects, such as the manipulation of supply and demand, or political reasons, which prevented us from going into a much needed recession.
Recessions are necessary to prevent over expansion of businesses, which create over supply, deflation. Recessions weed out bad business practices, and makes businesses lean.
The money supply has to go through recessions too. Over expansion of money through credit and cash can destroy the market.
President Obama has no choice but to put money out into the economy, or we will loose all of the savings anyway. It is already a screwed up mess, and money is the only way to fix it. Inflation is not the worry any more. You want to see bankruptcies, and government collapses all around the world, then you better understand the importance of what I am suggesting and President Obama is doing.

I absolutely agree. Academically and Mechanically gifted individuals should have an opportunity to rise above the rest, and give them more of a challenge. You are absolutely correct, the public schools do not allow very intelligent individuals to flourish.
We need people like you to stay on this channel and come to an agreement. When you make your self the motivator to our challenge, you are the person that will be responsible for change. I hope you can understand this important reasoning.
You are supporting a movement. Do not fail us by only being here on occasion. If you have passion for your idea's, show it to us and support this unity. You are no better than anybody else, high or low, what makes it a true factor of leadership, is standing in front of the line. Do you have a working proto-type? What is the fuel efficiency rating? I take it is all electric? How big of a job, and what are the costs?
I agree with you about using "Manhatten Project" Government Sponsored Programs. The Government is the biggest pocket to sponsor projects such as Space and Defense. The idea is to not waste investment dollars on pet projects that sponsor desk jobs and jobs that add no value to our economy.

I was a Republican and switched over when It started getting fishy. The reason why I changed sides is because of the lack of leadership.
I usually think as a Independent because both sides are usually numb skulls. So Penny, I have used my better judgment, through the years of hearing the same rhetoric. The man in the White House will be a very good leader. It is not the party that makes the man, it is the heart of the man that makes the party. The guy has a heart.
Anyway, about HBO having contracts, when you watch the inauguration on your favorite news channel then you will see it is absolutely hearsay.
