No, it was the RV factories recruiting workers when they couldn't find enough locally back in the 80's. People come here to work, not for the social services. And many left when the RV companies laid them off. They want jobs not welfare. No way 90% are undocumented. Some...but less than 90%.

The local Mennonite churches stepped up to support the immigrants but the programs are not why they came here.

They are working on it and the possibility of the entire downtown exploding are remote. If the fumes start coming out direction we will certainly leave.

"not only will that poor man be able to keep his entire paycheck, he will receive a prebate each month equal to the tax rate" So in other words the poor have to pay more taxes to buy essentials but we'll give them a welfare check to help them. And of course a government department will be started to handle all these "prebate/welfare" payments. Sounds like the Repugs growing government again.
