I think a modern new viaduct would have been the best version. Kind'a like the pretty, way overpriced stuff on I90. Even if the art and tree folk had their way with it, it still would have been cheaper than a dig.
This project will be wonderful if ever completed. I suggest it will be three times more in price though. $7 dollar tunnel rides in our future.

Ken, I assume your misguided thought process comes from the fact that he is a fellow "Over educated buffoon" and thus should get a free ride.
What the jackass did was endanger a whole fleet of rescuers. Not to mention the wasted tax dollars. A little jail time would help both him and you.

The Feds fail to recognize the Constitution also. Not to fret, the Fed is out of money. No one is going to work for free. We'll be back to a real Republic with a Constitution soon.
