If there is an English and U.S history test, why doesn't anybody in Illinois speak English? Why are we, in Illinois, number1 with Swine flu cases at over 400? Could it be the corrupt politics of Illinois, that we are a sanctuary state???

This tells me two things. First, the White House just admitted they could stop illegal immigration within 72 hours. Second, they still refuse to do so, even with a major health risk flowing like wild fire through the border. I understand there is only enough available vaccines for aprox. 1/3 of the country. My question is, who will get it if we do need it? I know the President has been vaccinated, because on his recent trip to Mexico, he shook hands with a Mexican gentleman who died the next day from the disease. Take care, PEACE!

What angers me now is that there is no contingency to stop the influx of illegal immigrants either getting away from the disease, or coming to America for free healthcare. Our borders being "temporarily" shut down was on the table for about 45 seconds, then, the White House decided they didn't have enough time to accomplish the goal because it may take up to 72 hours to mobilize various military forces which would be too late.

Dear Trigger,
I agree, in a small way if that is true. What I do know is, the Mexican Government is resposible for health standards in the workplace, just like America is. One of the perks of off shore companies are lower standards set by those countries. The verdict is in, Swine flu originated in Mexico City, this we know for sure. The foreign company should be held responsible as well as the Mexican Government. But, I think at this point it is moot.
