People don't have to do it, its their choice to take part or not, if they don't they won't be shunned/blacklisted, everyone needs to just calm down, stop using hyperbole and contribute something constructive instead.

In SL, it can be, its supply and demand, skin makers know what sells, and its their choice to give a freebie/marketing copy to customers and potential customers

There are lots and lots of skin makers who do give out varied tones.

I think the whole boycott aspect has seriously misfired, by spouting off without knowing the facts and blasting everyone who disagrees in a condescending manner Syclla has shot herself in the foot. Just because we don't see domestic abuse but Battle (it's in the name too) doesn't mean we support RL domestic abuse and its ridiculous to label it as such.

The fact that you saw these skins and screamed ABUSE!!! is your issue, not everyone sees things the same way, you didn't even check out the name did you?

For the record, I am as lefty as they come, socialist to the core :P

Ok, let's put it this way....

A little old lady gets burgled and her jewellery gets nicked, you then buy some jewellery from the thief.

The jewellery should go back to the original owner, and you lost your money.

It is not difficult to NOT buy stolen stuff in SL, if you need help in spotting it IM me

Recieving stolen goods (or whatever the US equivalent) is a crime, and your stuff does get taken away by the police.

If you want to only buy legit gear, ask around, its not difficult
