Statistically, hoody or not, it would have been a good bet, that the Vermin were black males ( or, slightly less likely, brown males .. or some other m-c-vermin )

What is as sad/wrong as the $13, is the idea of a Legal Citizen working 2 weeks and 'expecting' only $186 ..

That doesn't sound right - as there are many MANY examples of ethnic cleansing, around the world, effected by that very identification and/or separation by ethnicity.

... and as to your 'native' thing .. most all indian tribes identify themselves as separate and independent nations/peoples, which sounds to me like they (You?) are defining yourselves by virtue of a unique ethnic heritage.
So - I guess I am wondering just what your point is?
