Busy am:

3 pie crusts made and popped into the freezer.

Dressing completed and also in the freezer.

Next up is a lemon pistachio Italian cake.Will make the lemon cream cheese frosting on Tuesday and frost on Thursday am.

Hubby is away watching #3 play in the collegiate rugby championships - his division happens to be in our former hometown on the campus of Fairfield University - which is the same campus as his high school. He'll be playing on his old HS rugby field.

I'm enjoying some alone time with Roscoe and knocking out a lot of Turkey day prep while he is away.

Sunny, I agree about being outside. It actually is proven that sunlight hitting your eyeballs (no sunglasses) for a while helps boost your mood.

My spreadsheet doesn't have your geolocation (where is Jenna?), but if you are in a northern clime, it might help to get a happy light box. I also pop Vitamin D if I'm feeling blue. It helps me.

None of these things will eliminate your problems and issues. But maybe help you deal with them a bit easier.

Data interpretations can be manipulated. For instance, the worst state in education is actually New Mexico - which probably ranks pretty close to Oklahoma or worse in the rest of those areas and voted Blue. NM wasn't unanimous but is that really the point of the graphic?

I really don't like implying that anyone was dumb for the way they voted. It was messaging that really backfired for the Democrats. I think it will be very interesting to see more info on why people voted they way they did. I get that food and energy prices motivated a tremendous amount of people to move to the right, but I think we don't have a full understanding yet. .
