I don't need to read a Reuters article to tell me what I have seen with my own eyes. You can deny what he did all you want. I doubt anyone can talk sense to you anyway. The fact is that Joe laid out what conditions must be met for him to vote for the health care bill. Primary in that was that it must be written in the health care bill that no federal $$ can be used to fund abortions. The bill did not contain that wording. He voted for it anyway. He lied.

You can jump up and down all you want and waive a signed copy of the EO and it is still a lie. The EO is reversed as easily as putting your car in reverse....it is worthless,....which is why JOE originally insisted upon having the exclusion written into the bill. Lap up his spin if you'd like, but people with common sense know the difference.

First, I am sure you realize that Donnelly is Catholic too. This endorsement tells me that Joe has lost his Pro Life street cred with them. Additionally, they clearly disagree with your view of the truth. I would tend to believe them.
They, like most do not buy into the permanence of a whimsical EO. Life is too important to be left up to the whims of any President...especially one who is clearly in favor of abortion.

Wouldn't you agree that a gigantic step forward would be to stop spending like drunken sailors and to stop surrendering one freedom after another to a Democrat lead behemoth of a government? The GOP healthcare plan has been available for at least 2 years, but the Dems refused to allow it to even be discussed on the floor. I do agree that the GOP should do a better job of telling folk their plans, though. The Dems may be able to stop it from coming up on the floor of congress, but they can't prevent them from informing the public. Maybe they think that campaigning against what has been done to us since Obama took office is enough? I don't.

It is not a fact. He sold out any claim he had to being Pro Life with his healthcare vote. He also lost any possible claim to being fiscally conservative. His credibility is zero.

I was under the impression that Mennonites reached out in an effort to convert them. I didn't mean to leave the impression that they were looking for handouts when I used the term program. Thanks for the clarification, though. I wasn't sure I had it right and it looks like they didn't bring them here, but rather they supported them once they arrived.. Is that correct?

Let's review..We've got the ID piggybacking MrsBiggTime decrying sarcasm while using a sarcastic ID herself, and we've got mikeyfitzgibbons (gibbons are monkeys for those of you in Plato) calling out trolls while being the only troll in the thread. Brilliant.... And their best complaint is that a couple of brothers posts aren't spaced out enough to suit them. I'd call Obama if I were you 2 dolts.
