Welcome guest bloggers! This is great!! I lived in New York all my life until I recently retired and moved to Florida. Many of my friends had summer homes on the Cape. I always dreamed of having a house on the Cape. I love the style, the atmosphere, the sense of community and the homes... ( ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!)
However, I worked year round and never got there. I'm interested in knowing about the transportation to and from the island. How often does it run? Once your settled on Martha's Vineyard, what are the main reasons for taking the ferry? Are there good markets and restaurants on Martha's Vineyard? How tough are the winters?
Thanks!

The view is just breath taking, I can just imagine how wonderful it would be to see the sunset and rise. Well just a matter of time for the finish product. Hope to win just like the others.

I believe the Point Loma lighthouse is located in San Diego, California and our new location for 2012. Dated back when it was know as Yerba Buena Island / Alta Calfornia.
