Im not trying to argue the legality of it. I am arguing the functionality of users. I'm saying that not everybody who smokes pot is lazy and jobless. Some people work more than a 40 hour week and like to unwind.

Way to waste tax payer dollars on victimless crimes, meanwhile, a U of I student will be getting raped by a football player and nobody will care because he can hide out of state and delay the trial for a few years.
