The point is that Kurta is aware. He still rents from them.
He is a potential political figure.
He has disregarded it as a "personal matter".
Is he going to hold his position as a person who only handles things that he is interested in & not what we need? Homeowners need to have someone who support the people of Hoboken.
I will again say that he should be concerned with homeowners of Hoboken and should look into it & has not.

Funny that you say that you would not do anything about it.... If you were a voter wouldn't you want to hear that their potential representative would say they would look into it? Not..."I don't think so" ????

As someone running for office- Easy E- would a concern of yours be to protect home owners in the town of Hoboken? I for one have been an owner for many years and think that this is an issue. For you to dismiss my concern the way that you have, I am not sure if you are the person for the job.

May look like a nice place but interesting that someone running for political council is renting from someone who has not paid their association fees in over a year. They have left the other owners in turmoil as these crooks are collecting rent from Rami & Kurta.
They are aware of this. What have they done?
