WOW were is Karma now that the truth has come out??? Guess her mouth is stuffed full of Crow for saying the hateful, inconsiderate and terrible things about this family and Hyrum. I will be praying for all of the family and especially Hyrum who is absolutely devastated by the tragic loss of his wonderful wife. May the Heavenly Father Bless them and help them through this terrible time!!

Yes he went to Taco Bell, wow now that's an extravagant dinner eh??? And no, the Humane Society will not euthanize any animal for free!!! Get your facts straight!!! You are correct in that your sad little mind can think whatever it wants, I and many others would like it very much if you'd exercise the right to keep your thoughts to yourself!!! You clearly know absolutely nothing about this family!!

WOW!! Yeah, Taco Bell such an extravagant dinner indeed!!! Molly was 14 yrs. old, had lost the use of her hind legs earlier in the week, could not get out of bed, refused to eat, was urinating and deficating on herself. Yes PET I do have a clue as to what happened to this beloved pet!! Had I known Molly was in this shape I told Hyrum myself thatI'd gladly have taken her out and dispatched her myself. She was "DYING"!!!! and they could not afford to pay $200.00 to have her euthanized let alone to have their pet tied up in a trash bag and dumped in a dumpster. Yes that is what they do to most of the euthanized animals!!! I know because my pet had to be euthanized and I was given the option $200.00 dollars if they dispose of the animal or $125.00 if I dispose of it. I asked them, "how do you dispose of them?" I was told by the Vet tech, "we put them in a bag and put them in the dumpster", to which I replied, "that is not happening to my dog!!" I buried him in the field behind my mother in-laws house.

Karma, what you fail to understand and acknowledge is that this family at that point in time was not able to afford to pay $200.00 to have "the dog" euthanized!! Hyrum made an attempt to euthanize a very sick old dog, who had lost the use of her hind legs, was deficating and urinating on herself and not eating, things that animals do when near death. Yes Hyrum hit the dog in the head, again, in an attempt to put her down, this only knocked her unconscious; he believed in his heart she was dead and tried to bury her in his garden area a place that she loved. Not tied up in a sack and thrown in a dumpster. So how about learning all of the facts before you start spewing your hatred and discontent!!!

You know you people really sicken me!! A family lost a beloved mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. And you sit in front of your keyboards spinning your little stories of hatred and discontent spewing statements of malcontent to make yourselves appear to be better than others who have struggled. Velvalee Long, suffered a debilitating stroke several years ago, and was not able to care for herself. Living on a very fixed income Hyrum made ends meet the best he could. When his daughter's ailing dog could not walk or even get up he did what he thought was best and made an unsuccessful attempt to dispatch the animal in what he believed to be the most humane way he could afford. You know, people who live in glass houses should really not throw stones!! I will pray that you, yes all of you will never have to endure this kind of loss!!

KATU, please remove the last part of this story. This family is grieving the loss of a mother and grandmother. The statement only stirs hateful comments. I know that it happened and believe me the family has paid their dues and they're trying to put that part of their lives behind them. Thank you.

First of all it's called Staph, not staff, secondly the little girl was doing everything she could to be as health conscious as possible i.e. she was using hand sanitizer prior to each sale, bottled water, a scoop to scoop the ice from a bag placed inside a cleaned cooler and pre-packaged lemonade. I'm thinking it's a pretty safe bet she was probably cleaner than your kitchen!!!

The day this happened my friend youwontknow (Lips) posted an interesting comment that I verified myself. The stepmother who supposedly took Kyron to school before 8:00AM and left around 8:45AM was logged in and playing Treasure Island on her home PC at 8:01AM on the same day he dissappeared. I have had the feeling the step-mom had something to do with this incident. I pray that I'm wrong, but years of watching people in criminal situations has taught me things and I honestly feel she is involved.
