I have my phone in recovery mode and have downloaded 4.0.1 firmware which comes in a zip file, when I save to my desktop it only gives me the options of a zip file or all files. When I try and restore on itunes the zip file does not show up. Any ideas????

I was looking for a bit of help, although I love my iPhone 4, I am just a simple user and dont understand all the termanology.
I stupidly updated to 4.0.2, didn't realise it would take away my jb and unlock. I did click on Cydia to make my life easier but the SHSH files don't seem to be there. I know it makes no difference from a jb point of view if I upgrade to 4.1 as I can't jb 4.0.2 anyway. However, I have no idea what the dev team mean by baseband so I don't want to update incase I am never able to unlock.
Can someone please help my simple brain out????? :-)

I stupidly updated my iPhone 4 to 4.0.2 meaning it is no longer unlocked. When I jailbroke the phone I did click Make My Life Easier. I have used umberella but it is just coming back with the 4.0.2 update. I have no clue what SHSHs are so I maybe doing something wrong.
Thanks for any help you can give.
