The next issue is how the gov't gets what it wants, the federal beurocracy tells the state that unless they follow certain contingencies they'll lose funding, and what state can afford that... but contingency based money, isn't that extortion, like ver batem definition of... So the solution is simple: If the state wants to regulate itself it can it just has to budget accordingly... That may seem like a big bite of dog terd sandwich, but remove all of the costly gov't regulations that come along with the money, quit giving money to people fully capable of working and the state i'm sure could find a way to make it work... But sadly we're stuck with a classic case of the fox guarding the henhouse!
When it comes to standing up for our right to arms... I am proud to say that I am a Montanan, but being an American, I am concerned that unless enough people actually look behind Oz's curtain and see all of this for what it really is, we will be inadvertently bamboozled by those that don't understand the true issue at hand here, and that is the right to property... if you buy something it should be yours right? Well hasn't the gov't forcibly taken houses, buildings, and land for the "betterment of the community" involved... I will never give up my arms, no matter the laws! But unfortunately the anecdote about the ant yellling at the steamroller comes to mind, it really doesn't matter if the ant is right, or not.... We NEED to remind the gov't tha the constitution is the chain that binds them, not us... WE are We the People!
