What a shame that party affiliations have to be used as an excuse for mudslinging when the issues are about the future of the country.

By such knaves are we controlled.

DH: "Except that some Brussels-backers are cretinously trying to turn the referendum into a test of Tory loyalty."

Thus they prove they have no substantial arguments for staying in the EU, that it has nothing to offer the UK except continuing depletion of our resources, except cheap labour.

BREXIT is not an end, it is a beginning.

Good effort, but there are people who really believe that Redwood, Cash and those of similar vintage are somehow effective.

That's the point; there won't be any further proposals. The Lisbon Treaty gave the EU bureaucracy all the powers it needs.

Redwood and Cash are tainted by doing nothing since Major labelled them as being born out of wedlock. They've had twenty odd years to do something, both are party tribalists.

You make an excellent case for leaving all politicians out of the "out" campaign.

According to Google, FUD is "Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt"; a marketing/PR type term.

Link to the 1975 referendum leaflets.

It's interesting that the arguments put forward, and the disingenuousness of the supposedly neutral government information leaflet, have changed little of the forty years since.

Unless we're very careful, we're in for another stitch up just as happened in 1975.

The fact that you try to equate a party's internal events with our membership of the EU shows how shallow you are.
