Well first let me reply to NANCY. IF he didn't do anything then why was he running? EXACTLY! Secondly, they may found him in asparagus field BUT I bet my life he's going to be someone's fruit salad in jail. He's a sick PIG! along with the other person they caught as well. A four yro? I have to agree with you. I didn't know this man Derek BUT from the sounds of his friends, This wasn't the person he was or something he would do. I"m not saying the other person deserved to die DON'T GET ME WRONG. BUT there MORE to this than what's being said. I hope the whole story comes out SOON. Didn't they say they had a video? This man was the bartender, He could have been taking trash out and someone attacked him and reaction was self defence, or More than one guy against this one guy. Once again agreed. I"m am glad to see some of us have compassion here. PPl are laughing over her scooter. That was the point here. She could have been REALLY REALLY HURT. She could have been shot, murdered OVER a scooter. About 6 years back my cousins friend was leaving a bar and he was killed (attempted robbery) do you know what the man got out of my cousins friend? A nickel, A NICKEL! My cousin lost his bestfriend over a nickel. It's awful. This world is so cruel. Thank god she wasn't harmed anymore than what happened to her. God bless her.
I agree with you the dumb one... Where's the compassion? I don't think the scooter was the big issue here, it just played apart in it. Her being attacked was the MAIN point. Jeesh. Being punched in the face etc. It could have been ALOT WORSE. Very glad to hear it wasn't.
