Actually, she won't have to bother with your statistics. Anyone that's had to sit in traffic for three or more light cycles knows it's far longer than a 1 minute delay.

The good news is, there will still be bike lanes there when Folsom returns to it's 4 lane configuration. Most cyclists in town don't care to ride up next to traffic, they'd rather use the creek path and other side streets.

No kidding.

Not one of them has come up with a reasonable argument as to why this experiement should continue. Funny thing is, they're not losing one thing by council returning Folsom back to it's original state before this misguided lab experiment.

There will still be a bike lane in both directions for those that insist on using Folsom and traffic will return to a more efficient flow, cutting down on carbon emissions.

It's time for council to man up, admit their mistakes and end this lab experiment.
