I would like to see this happen but WWE is too scared to change anything about Cena except his shirts every six months. An idea like this which would borrow from the past but be cutting edge as hell never could make it through WWE anti-creative. They are gonna roll with the predictable Nash run in and hands HHH his sledge hammer and a heel turn as they beat down Punk.

Pretty good show, Punk and Cena put on another great half hour match, not MITB great but better than 95% of the last 5 years of PPV main events. I was almost certain HHH would do a heel turn and screw Punk but it looks like his wife Boobsie McGee assumed that role with Grand Daddy Cool attacking Punk. Nash needs to find a balance between gray hair and a touch of color because that dye job makes him look like a flaming pirate. (BE A STAR) The Del Rio crap is boring and I think they should have had him come down and not be able to cash it in like Chicago and run that angle to Survivor Series and then have him step up to a title feud. There is no resolution to Punk and Cena yet, you can't just throw this idiot in the mix and make the WWE title seem less important by throwing it around the waist of any assclown week to week.

Exactly, for the fans that only know WWE and aren't as hardcore when it comes to real wrestling, the ones who buy up every new Cena shirt or Mysterio mask, the WWE didn't want to lose any momentum from the hottest storyline in years. While I think it's a dumb move, in no way did Punk sell out. He's under contract and has to appear when told to. I'm sure if it was up to him he would be enjoying the summer in Chicago. I'm sure he used his leverage for a hell of a deal and also probably got Cabana a contract also. Also what do you want to bet Beth Phoenix will be getting her push for the Divas title starting with winning this battle royal next week on Raw?

Seriously Impact has been making small improvements each week, I thought the ladder match was great, Compared to WWE, the quality of wrestling is ten times better, the majority of the Knockouts can really wrestle and have matches that last more than 2 seconds. I've been super critical of TNA since they got cancer (Hogan and his butt buddy) but with the exception of the creative incompetence the show has been getting better. This past week I only used the FF on my dvr during one match, compared to Smackdown where I watch the whole thing in double or triple time as to not have to stick sharp objects in my eyes for sitting through 2 hours of that show.

I see the WWE trying to recreate the atmosphere of Chicago, but it won't happen. That was a once in a lifetime night. You can't recreate the building hatred of John Cena and the hometown hero who voiced the frustrations of every fan over 12 years old and not female. Rey is getting his push now to sell his new dvd and for the WWE to squeeze every possible dollar out of him before he leaves. Without Cena's rainbow t-shirts and Mysterio masks, the WWE would be in the red. Another Del Rio and Mysterio feud will carry Raw through Summer Slam and the ratings will suffer. Wake me up when they get Punk back or the Rock makes an appearance.

Alberto Del Rio turning into the least lucky superstar is crap, what happened to the belt actually meaning something? Why should ADR get the belt now? The guy has been with the WWE for roughly a year and has been force fed down our throats since then. What happened to working your way up from curtain jerker to the Main Event? Ted Dibiase was screwed for years by not carrying the WWF or NWA Championships, he was definitely unlucky because of NWA promoter politics and being stuck between Hogan and Savage when he was the number 1 heel for years.

I'm willing to bet Hogan didn't even watch destination x, that was a pretty generic statement, Daniels is the man? It wasn't like he said something specific about anyone or any match.

The only thing that can save his legacy now is him dying. Not saying that to be a dick but for the last ten years he has done nothing but destroy Hulkamania. From his family and their reality show drama, to all the idiotic nonsense on twitter and making TNA and himself look like crap. Make this the last time you don the red and yellow and retire from wrestling with an ounce of respect left.

They have been putting out a better Impact since the change, they have cut out so much of the hidden camera nonsense and quit trying to turn the last ten minutes into a short version of Reaction. In April there were two Impacts with less than 8 minutes of actual in-ring wrestling, so 35 minutes is looking good.

Hopefully this Thursday is similar to how they followed Hardcore Justice up with the Whole F'n Show last year and put on ppv quality matches for the wrestlers not involved with Destination X.
