"As a matter of fact, and I won’t mention names here, I had a guy that came back one time and it was his return. He gets in the ring, and we shot an angle where the heel had taken him out and he had been gone for like, 6 months..."
-Bruce Prichard -

I think he is talking about James Storm and Slammiversary 2012?

Agreed. Get fans closer to the action; might make for a better presentation. I would aim for a ECW / old philly arena atmosphere, except nicer.

It is either going back to the impact zone or going out of business?

Selling tickets was the problem. It's easier to get people to get in for free than asking them to pay for a ticket.

I think Y2J was trolling. These two sentences with the exclamation marks at the end just seem disingenuous:

"Watched TNA Bound For Glory & it was great!"
"Never been in Ultimate X match - looks amazing!"

Just seems like typical Y2J inciting the twitter world.

Does not matter to me. For example, my favorite matches of all time in TNA are:

Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle at Genesis 2006
AMW vs Triple X steel cage match in 2004 Turning Point
MCMG vs Beer Money feud in 2010

All of these matches have ONE thing in common: They all happened inside the Impact Zone. Same crowds, same studio, etc.

If the matches are great, it does not matter where the show is being taped.

Excellent interview. Happy for TJP's success!

TNA has hit a homerun with these themed episodes of Impact. Whether it was last night's No Surrender or Destination X or Hardcore Justice. The viewers like it and I guess they feel they are getting a big show on free TV.

This will probably never happen but I would like to see what kind of rating Impact Wrestling would get if they were on a Saturday night from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm timeslot? I know they were on late Saturday nights but I am curious what rating they get on prime time on Saturdays and maybe it could someday be an alternative time for them to go to.
