Props on this idea. I'm not keen on seeing the two face each other, but this scenario never occurred to me.
Anyone else thinking that Bryan is going to win against Bray, get badly hurt by the Wyatt's and then come into the Rumble towards the end or as #30 but be too hurt to win?
It's awesome seeing Jake so happy and healthy after all these years. I will say I was shocked to hear his two favorite current wrestlers being Rey and Bray though; granted, one is entertaining as hell while healthy and the other is great at Promo's, so it makes sense.
Thank you both for your comments. I had tried TNA but couldn't find myself enjoying it very much, so I was curious to know if the others are good. I read a lot about them on here, but I've just not made the attempt yet, but now I think I will.
I had a more detailed comment that got deleted, but thank you to any and all that reply sincerely.
Genuine question here : is Ring, New Japan or NXT worth trying to watch?
I couldn't agree more. Reigns has been my favorite since the debut, but I want Rollins and Ambrose elevated as well. If they want to make Reigns a premier star, then I'm happy; but don't boost one to bury two.
Despite his inefficiencies in the ring, Warrior deserves his spot in the HOF. He's one of the most memorable characters from one of wrestling's most successful era's; and he owns one of the biggest moments in wrestling history with his title win over Hogan. He was one of my favorites growing up, entirely because of his passion and aggression...plus who didn't want to be a Warrior when they were little?
Seeing a new WarGames match would be really awesome after all this time; possibly use The Shield and The Wyatt Family (Bray mentioned the whole war thing on their Raw debut, while Shield have quietly used "We are the masters of War" on twitter) with some others mixed in, if necessary. If the whole angle is to get Kane to join up with Bray, it could make for an interesting time when someone needs to join Shields side for that match.
The name change is welcome and Battleground definitely sounds better than Over The Limit; however, why not bring back Halloween Havoc? It was one of the best WCW events of the year, has a cool and catchy name and can become a new fall staple PPV for the E.
