Sorry apple, but you can't beat google maps. Remember mapquest? Who uses that anymore?

They will lose a small amount of customer favor as they keep trying to own a free market.

Let's not get into the lack of flash player on those overpriced, slave-labor phones.

That's the beauty of the android OS. It's open for manufacturers to develop their own hardware and phones as opposed to strict proprietary crap you get from close ended companies. I still have my HTC G1 which was the very first android phone and it still works great. I have a new phone now but my old phone has seemingly limitless uses.

I give kudos to the dad but you gotta stop and think if beating a man to death in front of your infant daughter is going to cause some mental drama. I personally think he should have calmly asked the man to step outside the room, then beat the ever living piss out of him for the girls sake.

Great outcome for society since this guy isn't around kids anymore and taxpayers don't have to foot the bill.

Tragic for the poor girl. I hope she never remembers.

I felt bad after reading the headline, but this story had a great surprise ending.

Yea and when it's a 17 year old girl and a 51 year old gym teacher, he's a pervert and people see it much differently.

Every year these stories pop up along with the good weather. It's truly tragic.

I was riding that same road earlier in the day and it's an awesome road to ride but all too often I see guys going pretty fast out there. I urge all riders to spend some time and do a track day at PIR if you like to go fast. It's loads of fun, very educational, and much safer than a public road.

If you want to ride a little fast, that can be OK as long as you understand the risk involved and you have the skill set to keep yourself and other safe. Don't take hard blind turns, don't push your bike if you can't see if there is any oncoming traffic going the other way, most importantly always pay 100% attention.

That has to be one of the most horrific things to witness. My thoughts are with the family.

Big problem with shooting a missile at space junk. Then 1 piece turns into thousands of small pieces traveling at mind boggling speeds like a shotgun blast. even a small piece can hit the space station traveling at well over 20,000 MPH.

A retrieval system is the only real option right now and that is massively expensive. We don't spend money on cleaning up our own oceans so I don't see up spending money cleaning up orbital space that we trashed.

I'd rather have 10 stoned drivers out there than 1 drunk driver.

Keeping it illegal will not stop its production and use. If anything it creates and supports the black market of criminals who get profit tax free. The current system doesn't work.

This bill will bring an influx of tax revenue, create legal jobs (Real regulated seller jobs rather than not always so pleasant drug dealers) and free up law enforcement and jails so we can focus on violent crimes.

Who is against this?
Drug dealers and growers who make and sell a tax free product.
Law enforcement that blows millions of tax dollars with laughable results.
Ignorant folk who think prohibition makes kids not want it or have access to it.
Many religious folk. (Honestly not sure why but everyone I talk to think for some reason their religion is against it)
Pharma companies who will lose money from people self medicating using pot. No more Tylenol for that headache and cheaper, safer anti-depressant (no more over prescribing SSRI's)

Let's get out of the never ending and unwinnable "WAR ON DRUGS"
