its going to take years of education and discipline from preschool to twelfth grade as well as harsh punishments for those current criminals before we see any change in the way people BEHAVE in south bend. People have no morals these days. And we can blame no one but the Parents of these children for not being the Adult they should have been to these children. At the end of the day however, its up to the individual to behave like a good citizen. Until we take the effort to help someone else, things will never change. Maybe it could have been you who said the the kid "hey you don't have to do this, there is another way, maybe he would have thought twice." We may never know. And although everyone can't be saved, those who can, can only be saved by those who are willing to help them. If your not one of those people that are willing to step up and help make a change, you cant really get that angry.

stealling and doing criminal things does not automaticly make you a hood rate. in saying that makes him racist again welfare hood rats. Im sorry if there is any confussion about what or who he is racist towards but he is in fact putting people into one category, one of which he obviously dislikes makes him racist. I also know many people that recive government assistance and just because they do so does not automaticly subject them to being criminal that is the point i am trying to make. exactly my point. You believe that the recession has nothing to do with crime but history has proved it. Go back and look at the past recession and look at crime rate and you will see a surge in both. Im not saying that the guys who are commiting crime should be doing it because I dont. I believe that they should be locked up just like any other criminal. I just cant understand why they had to be "welfare hood rats" they could have come from anywhere and never even been on welfare, hell maybe they were denied welfare and their family was starving. You probably dont even pay taxes you racist bigot, and if you had any education at all, you would know that crime rises during recessions which is why the Crime has been ticking up in this area, one of the hardest hit areas in the Midwest, so much that MSNBC has special coverage on the area. It has absolutely nothing to do with "welfare fueled hood rats." if you were paying attention to the real deal news you would also know that more and more people rely on food stamps to eat because of the recession, once again nothing to do with "hood rats" you are so ignorant in your approach its a joke.
