Eternal rest, grant unto him Oh Lord!

The way some drivers drive, makes you think that they have a death wish. They refuse to use seat belts and have this crazy notion that seat belts are not safe. They drive with small children unrestrained and when you try to educate them, they tell 'you tink yer better than me, or what'! I've witnessed people driving with kids standing on the car seat. Can you imagine if a kid is standing on a seat and the driver has to make a sudden stop??

From what I've witnessed in Trinidad, drivers don't obey road signs and road courtesy is non-existent. Everybody is in a hurry. It's sad hearing about these deaths, but most of them can be avoided by simply slowing down and obeying the rules of the road.

Sincere condolences to the bereaved.

No words to describe what I am feeling and the words I want to use in this post are not allowed so I will do is shake me head.

God is not deaf and He is NOT DEAD.

Pleading the Blood is spiritual. Most of us are familiar with the story of Israel’s deliverance from the last plague of Egypt, in which the firstborn of every family was doomed to die. The Israelites were instructed by God to place the blood of a lamb on their doorposts and lintels, so that the plague of His judgment would “pass over” their houses:

“Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. So this day shall be to you a memorial; and you shall keep it as a feast to the Lord throughout your generations.” (Exodus 12:13-14).
I am no theologian and don't profess to know everything about the Word of God, but I do know that the 'Pleading The Blood of Jesus' provides 4 things.
1. The Blood provides protection
2.The Blood Provides a Means of Deliverance
3. The Blood Provides the Promise of a New Day
and lastly ..
4. The Blood Provides a Witness
How is the Blood, as it’s expressed in your home, a witness? the blood of Jesus covers your household. It provides a witness that invites them out of the circle of death and into His safety.

There is are many who don't understand and to some of us it sounds like 'mumbo jumbo' or as we say in Trinidad, it sounds like obeah, but the poster 'Flukao' definitely has a point. We need to cover our island nation with prayer. The whole world is in chaos right now and we, all of us, need to pray for and with each other. There is nothing sinister about prayer.

Nothing this Prime Minister says surprises me. When Madam Prime Minister, failed to fire the sports Minister, that further confirmed that the lady is unfit to run the nation.

plus_ca_change and kingkong: We as a nation has lost our souls. Soon we will become a Police State. The people who are rejoicing at the murder of these children will continue to rejoice until death comes knocking on their door. Thank God for the few citizens who are not afraid to call it as they see it. Plain and simple Murder.

How does the police justify killing two unarmed children? This is sheer madness. Mr. Griffith do you have children? How would you like to have your children wasted by rogue policemen? The killing of these two unarmed children is nothing short of criminal.
